These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the Company. You supply the services as referred to on FaucetGamers.com (‘our site’) to us. You must understand that when joining our site and by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Registration for Our services:
FaucetGamers is not available in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
You must be at least 13 years of age or older to use our site or have written permission from a parent.
There are a few simple steps that you need to be aware of before you use our services:
Before you can use our services you need to register (for free) on our site. On registration you must provide an email and password, keep this safe at all times and do not disclose it to anybody. Please do not use passwords used on other websites as this may make your account easier to hack. Your password will be stored in a current, modern encrypted form in our database. Once you have submitted your registration request you will receive an e-mail from us (if your email is valid) acknowledging that we have received your registration information. Click on that link to complete the site registration process.
Purpose and Earnings:
FaucetGamers.com purpose is to reward users for completing offers and surveys with fun games and bonuses thrown in. When you reach $2 in total earnings (20,000 tokens worth), you are eligible to receive payment. Bonus earnings for faucet and contest awards will be eligible to be withdrawn as well when you reach this minimum of $2 in earnings and request a withdrawal. For your first withdrawal, a user must also have at minimum 10,000 tokens ($1) in Offerwall earnings including surveys, videos, pay to click, app installs, and other offers.
Please submit a request for a withdraw using the appropriate website. A valid cryptocurrency wallet address is needed to receive your earnings. It is a user’s responsibility to verify their crypto address is entered correctly. Any earnings sent to the wrong address based on incorrect address entry will be non-refundable. Earnings will be processed and distributed no less than once a week and will take place usually on Saturday. All site earnings are subject to review and will be forfeited if fraud is detected such as and not limited to use of proxy, VPN, or other means of hiding one’s IP address or location, or multiple account abuse.
Site offer / referral earnings above a $10 = 100,000 Game Token threshold will receive bonus tokens back at a variable rate deemed appropriate by the site administrator that will be posted on the site’s withdrawal page. It is up to you to verify the current bonus token back rate before making a withdrawal.
All chance based games are no purchase necessary and completing an offer on the site will by no means increase your likelihood of winning such a prize. If it is of your opinion that FaucetGamers.com puts undue burden on claiming such winnings, please contact the site administrator at [email protected] for a waiver claim to your winnings.
All earnings are in USD, $1.00 = 10,000 Game Tokens, but will be converted to your selected cryptocurrency at the prevailing conversion rate upon withdrawal processing.
Referral commission paid in Game Tokens only includes commission earned on users earnings from performing tasks and does not include bonuses on game winnings or that users own referral commission.
FaucetGamers is not required to pay users that do not reach the minimum payout of $2 USD in offer / referral earnings .
FaucetGamers may apply charge backs to your account if an advertiser rejects leads due to fraud, false information, or any reason what so ever. These amounts will be deducted from your FaucetGamers account.
If there are any database issues, display errors or coding issues on the FaucetGamers website which cause your earnings to appear higher than they should be, FaucetGamers will correct this and is not liable to pay you for any incorrect values that were previously displaying.
If you register for FaucetGamers via a referral link of another user, your site user ID will be linked to their account but your e-mail address will not be shared with said user.
Our Services are listed on our site. If you wish to use our services then you must follow the instructions on our website.
The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed once you have signed up successfully to FaucetGamers.com. The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until the supply of the Services has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
Tax Laws and Identity Verification:
Users must pay taxes for all their earnings on the site if subject to by law in their country.
For USA users, in a calendar year, if your total withdrawal requests are $600 or over, you will need to complete a W9 tax form with credible information for tax reporting purposes. We will contact you with a reminder of this if your account withdrawals total $500 or more with further instructions. This requirement resets at the next calendar year start.
When a user reaches the $600 plateau in a calendar year, they will be allowed to submit identity verification to receive a 5% bonus on all site earnings for the remainder of the year. Users will be required to show a valid government id to achieve this bonus. USA users will be required to do this to continue receiving payment on the site for the year.
Termination and Site Usage Rules:
FaucetGamers.com may terminate/suspend without notice any accounts at its discretion.
When using FaucetGamers.com you agree to obey all the rules of the Website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will obey their most current form. We want to make special mention of the following rules:
- You must not buy or sell FaucetGamers.com accounts.
- You must not create multiple accounts.
- You must not signup through your own referral link in order to gain commission off yourself. If you are caught doing this, you will be permanently banned and all earnings will not be paid.
- You must not use Opera Mini Web Browser, or Tor Browser.
- You must not use FaucetGamers through Incognito, Private Browsing, VPN, or any other private browsing feature that your web browser supplies.
- You must not buy or sell points from an external party.
- You must not use bots, auto-clickers, or external scripts on the Website to send us traffic.
- You must not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
- You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
- You must not include FaucetGamers.com tracking links in iframes or any other popup/popunder window.
- You must not send proxy traffic to FaucetGamers.com links, or tasks.
- You must not use any VPN to register for FaucetGamers, or use a VPN whilst inside of FaucetGamers to perform tasks.
- You must not purposely clear cookies, cache, reset IP address or trick the system in order to do the same task over again.
- You must not use multiple devices or browser emulators.
- You must not use browser extensions to auto click or simulate clicks.
- You must not fill surveys with false information.
- You must not fill in the incorrect profile information into FaucetGamers.
- You must not use software or bots to install apps.
- You must not use software or bots to perform searches in our search engine.
- You must not use FaucetGamers.com to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
- You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of FaucetGamers.com, such as a denial of service attack.
- You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
- You must not try to hack other people’s accounts, change their personal information or payment information
You understand that cheating our system will result in your account being disabled and all earnings removed with no second chances or warnings. If we disable your account, you must not create another one.
Anyone found to be breaking any of these will be removed from FaucetGamers.com permanently, with or without prior notice, and none of your accumulated earnings or wallet value will be paid to you.
If your account goes inactive for 365 days, we reserve the right to delete it.
Advertising:
By using FaucetGamers.com you agree to receive advertising from numerous third party advertisers. Attempts to block or otherwise bypass the advertising will be considered a breach of these terms.
Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Faucet Gamers.
Faucet Gamers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Faucet Gamers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Faucet Gamers is not liable for Offer Wall completions that do not credit you. We encourage you to read the third party terms and privacy policies and contact their support if their arises any issue, as we will not be able to help you with offers related to them.
