FAQ & Support

General Information

  • Our goal is to create the best earning experience possible. We aim to be a highly rewarding, entertaining, family friendly, and community driven way to earn. We value honesty, good service, and strive to be fairly compensate our users for their time and effort. We believe earning through surveys and offers doesn’t have to be boring and are committed to providing engaging experiences through competition such as our Crypto Pirate game, collectible challenges, arcade game tournaments, and other earning contests
  • We wish to help provide an earning opportunity for those in tough situations throughout the world.  Part of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies allure is they provide payment to many people that may otherwise be unable to earn if we paid only in fiat currencies. We understand and caution you that all crypto is highly speculative at this point, but there are some definite advantages in a decentralized currency system. We offer gift card and PayPal USD alternatives to those that prefer traditional ways to earn.

The surveys, offers, app downloads that you complete are our main source of revenue. We try to pay a large percentage back to the user base, but keep about 30% of revenue generated by these for ourselves. This is significantly more than most other similar sites. This 30% does not include hosting costs and costs to pay for the running of our faucets and game contests, which we estimate to be another 15% of our earnings currently. The ads we run on our site basically compensate for the faucet payments that are given out.

We rely on third parties to pay us for your work on offer walls. Thus, we try to protect these 3rd parties from VPN/Proxy and bot traffic. Any use of such violates our Terms of Service, and as a consequence, users who do so risk forfeiture of all earnings.

FaucetGamers.com was founded as a spin off site from Cointiply.com when its passive “mining game” collapsed and some temporary distrust of Cointiply ensued. Since then Cointiply has regained its trust as a credible site, but this site slowly grew nevertheless, as a place for Faucet game lovers to collectively evaluate earning sites. It slowly evolved into its very own earning site hopefully with a competitive edge over the rest. The site is founded and run by a trusted Cointiply chat moderator since the summer 2018, Mr. Brightside.

Mr. Brightside has experience in a wide range of subjects with formal education degrees in Mathematics and computer science and has spent many years evaluating various crypto sites, earning sites, and other advertising companies to help make FaucetGamers distinctly fun and rewarding to its users. Chief of customer support is “Shoan”, who has become a vital asset helping to run and manage the site helping since 2021.

Earning on FaucetGamers

FaucetGamers has many earning opportunities and more coming soon! Here are the most common ways to earn Game Tokens on this site. Game Tokens are stored on the site in terms of USD, but are converted to BitCoin upon withdrawal of your earnings. All earnings may be forfeited if you violate our Terms of Service including IP hiding of any way, VPN/Proxy use, and multiple accounts within the same household.

Offerwalls! – Offer walls have a collection of ways to earn but are not limited to:

Surveys – We have partnerships with many great survey providers including TheoremReach and CPX-Research (both pay if you don’t qualify for a survey). Your Surveys, BitLabs, Prime Surveys, and InBrain also offer high paying surveys.

App Downloads – MyChips, Torox (formerly OfferToro) Aye-T-Studios, MM Wall, Adscend, Lootably, AdGem, Monlix and more offer many great mobile phone apps (many games) to download to earn tokens!

Offer Trials – All of those listed above also have some really high paying offers for signing up for things (some pay some free) such as Hulu subscriptions, signing up for other sites like Coinbase or Crypto.com, and many more.

Video Streaming – Depending on your country, get paid to watch ads in videos. Adscend Media features PixelPoint TV and Lootably features Cheddar.tv. There is also MM Watch, which is a great USA only video earning opportunity.

PTCs / Shortlinks – TimeWall, Bitcotasks, and our very own shortlink set provide all users regardless of country some opportunities to earn hundreds of Game Tokens daily. Monlix also has a small PTC section as well.

Bonus Tasks / PFTs – Complete various earning challenges to collect and win Pirate Fun Tokens (PFTs), which can lead to some big prizes in Gold coins! Located here:  https://faucetgamers.com/pfts

Playing Games!

Crypto Pirate Game – Since July 2021 our popular passive earning game has continued to grow! Become a Crypto Pirate on our site by exchanging your Game Tokens for Pirate ships that are guaranteed to give you 5 to 20% more earnings! Build your fleet as big as possible to earn some from our daily Pirate Prize Pool as well, which represents a share of the websites daily earnings. Visit our Crypto Pirate Game page for more details on how to play.

Pac-Man – Every day earn 200 Game Tokens for playing Pacman!  Skill not required. You can play as many times as you need to get to 200 Game Tokens. Though it will make you earn quicker! Eligibility for the game resets at midnight UTC.

Other Arcade Games – We monthly run a different arcade game sweepstakes. Go to the arcade and check it out!

Daily Sweepstakes – Put a few Game Tokens into our daily drawing to multiply their earnings. 5 winners will be drawn each day from all eligible entries.

Referrals

Refer members to FaucetGamers and get 10% to 15% of your referral offer wall earnings and 25% to 30% of your referral Pac-Man earnings!  The more referrals you have the higher the percentage. See our referral page for details.

Game Tokens (GTs) are the main site currency that is equivalent to $0.0001 USD.
Thus, $0.01 = 100 GTs and $1.00 = 10000 GTs.

Our site holds your money in USD to reduce the volatility in value of your earnings. Upon withdrawal approval and processing, your USD earnings will be converted to cryptocurrency at the current prevailing rate using an exchange.

Gold Coins (GCs) were added to the site to compensate site users playing the Crypto Pirate Game. They function as a return on your investment into the game and pool reward payments. They have the same value as Game Tokens.

More Important Details:

– Game Tokens and Gold Coins have equivalent value and can be exchanged 1 for 1 on the site’s exchange.

– You can only exchange Game Tokens to Gold Coins. You cannot reverse and exchange GCs to GTs

– The Crypto Pirate game can increase your site earnings, so it may be worth playing rather than simply exchanging.

– Either GTs or GCs can be withdrawn once your balance in them reaches 20,000 GTs ($2 USD).

– You must have a minimum of 10,000 GTs in Offerwall Earnings for your first withdrawal.

Our Loyalty Points system is an unique, fun way to reward our active users for visiting the site each day and doing offers.

How to get Loyalty Points (LPs):

  • Signing in each day generates 3 free loyalty points (resets at midnight UTC)
  • A user will earn an additional loyalty point for every 500 GTs in offer earnings they complete. This includes but is not limited to surveys, video credits, app downloads, free trials and signups, and pay to click offers.
  • The max LPs a user can have in their balance is 5000 at a time. LPs earned above this will show up as negative.
  • To see your Loyalty Points activity find it under Account -> Activity -> Loyalty Points Tab. You can also see your total LPs under Earning Balances.

Benefits of Loyalty Points:

  • Boost faucet claims up to 100% if a user has at least 200 Loyalty Points
  • Offer loyalty boost up to 10% calculated by your loyalty points divided by 20. (Every 20 LPs = 1%)
  • Redeeming 1 LP each hour allows access to our high paying hourly faucet
  • Redeeming 3 LPs once a day allows access to play Pacman, which earns a max of 200 GTs per day
  • Having extra loyalty over 200 means that you should never lose your boost on faucet and offerwalls if you miss a day
  • Each Loyalty Point can be exchanged for 10 GTs at the Exchange page if one has too many to use on the faucet.
  • In Crypto Pirates passive game, every 10 LPs will be a 1% boost (up to 100% = 1000 LPs), in the earning pool.

Maximum Faucet and Offerwall Bonus:  A 200 Loyalty Point Bonus will double faucet claims (100% increase) and earn an additional 10% on all offer walls site wide. These Game Tokens will not show up when viewing offers on the 3rd party offer walls but will be applied upon completion in your Site Activity and Notifications.

How do I lose Loyalty Points?   Each day that you do not earn at least 50 GTs, your Loyalty number decreases by 5 if your LP balance is less than 100 and by 10 if greater than 100. This will decrease your offerwall bonus and faucet claim bonus if you have less than 100 Loyalty Points. New site users don’t lose LPs for the first five days after registering.
(Note: Pac-Man, faucet, and other games do not count as offers. Also, Forum posts and social media following and other offers to promote the site are manually added, so do not automatically maintain loyalty. If you feel that you lost loyalty unfairly, please put in a support ticket, and we’ll address it for you.)

When does the loyalty day reset:  The loyalty day resets at midnight UTC. If you fail to complete any offer in a day, your loyalty will drop at midnight UTC. After midnight UTC, you will be eligible to earn 3 bonus daily sign in LPs again.

Where can I see my LP Bonuses / if my LPs are safe for the day:  There is a Red / Green Light indicator letting you know if you completed an offer for the day and your LPs are safe, and you can see your Loyalty Bonuses under the Stats and Achievement Center.

Crypto Pirates is our passive earning game that has been ongoing since 2021! It is one of the oldest, crypto passive earning games on the Internet.

It allows users to earn extra through using their Game Tokens to purchase Pirate ships that award them a guaranteed bonus after a set time period.

In addition to this, Pirates collect a daily share of the sites earnings based on a Pirates ranking. The more powerful fleet you build, the larger percentage of the pool you get to keep!

For a users first withdrawal, a minimum 10,000 Game Tokens must be obtained from “Earned income” including surveys, offers, videos, app downloads, or any other offer from our site’s offer walls. This helps to mitigate fraud from multiple user accounts and keep the site sustainable. You will see your offerwall earnings located under the Earnings Balances:

All subsequent withdrawals have no minimum offer wall earning requirements at this time.

Withdrawals are processed the following Saturday or Sunday of the week in which they were submitted. Often but not always, withdrawals will be sent midweek on Tuesday or Wednesday as well. The estimated withdrawal time is generally less than 72 hours.

FaucetGamers members are responsible for any and all tax liability arising from or associated with your use of this Website. Non-US users please follow the tax reporting code found in your country. We by no means can disseminate information about individual tax cases.

For US citizens, a taxable event is when you withdrawal from the site, and FaucetGamers sends you payment. You are responsible to report all income on your taxes even if we don’t require any further tax information from you. We will not contact you for further tax information until you reach a $600 threshold in withdrawals for a given year.

Upon reaching $600 or more in withdrawals in one calendar year, you will be prompted to fill out the required tax information about yourself. We will hold your payment until this information is filled out.

As a business in the United States, FaucetGamers is required by law to report income over $600. You will receive either a mail or electronic version of form 1099-NEC and be required to report it on your taxes. Details of this form can be found here. You will receive this 1099-NEC at the latest January 31.

We will electronically collect and submit your information in a secure fashion using a tax verification company: https://www.tax1099.com/

FaucetGamers will try but will not be required to notify you if your withdrawals begin to approach this $600 threshold

Examples of tax cases:

  1. John is a US citizen and earns $800 on FaucetGamers from surveys, faucet, and the Crypto Pirate game in a year. He withdrawals $500 in one year. He will not be required to submit his tax information. Even though he earned over the $600 threshold, his earnings are not taxable until he requests to withdrawal them. He could use them on other site activities, so his earnings are technically not his until payment is sent.
  2. Tom earns $640 and is from Canada. He requests a withdrawal for all his money in a calendar year. He will not need to put in his tax information, as he is not a US citizen.
  3. Susan is from the US and earns $400 in one year and $210 in the next. She requests to withdrawal all her money though in one year. She will be required to submit her tax information to receive any withdrawal requests over $600.

To avoid having your withdrawal held and get it the week it was requested, simply follow our Terms of Service.

If your withdrawal is held, it is mostly likely because we detected some activity that violates our terms of service.

Currently, the most common reason for a “Hold” is engaging in IP masking through VPN or Proxy use. We examine your offer wall competitions to see if they were done through a questionable IP address.
In this case, your hold will last 30 days while we see if your offer will be reversed by our 3rd party affiliate.
Simply put, if we don’t get paid, you don’t get paid. If for some reason your Bitcoin address changes in those 30 days, please contact our support.

If in the end your withdrawal does go through successfully, please do not continue to engage in IP masking! Subsequent withdrawals will result in forfeiture of all earnings! Our 3rd party affiliate offerwalls require truthful users to satisfy their advertising partners.

To check your IP to see if it may appear fraudulent please check out:

Missing Tokens?

PLEASE NOTE: We do not own or control the offer walls in which you earn on. Sometimes offers on their end have errors and do not credit or simply do not accept what you feel is a completed action. Unfortunately, we cannot verify if you successfully completed an offer or not if it does not appear in our site’s database. Be cautious when doing offers, as we are not responsible for any loss of time or money from them.

For high paying offers, be proactive! Take screenshots showing your completion of them and any required steps.

Our Recommendations if your tokens do not appear:

  1. Wait 48 hours. Many of the higher paying offers require manual verification by the advertisers affiliated with the offer wall before they credit.
  2. Make sure you have met all the requirements necessary to be awarded. (Example: Reaching a certain level in a game).
  3. Document your completion with screenshots showing clear proof.
  4. Contact the offer wall by opening a support ticket with them. We have no way of verifying on our end, so you must contact them.  If you are kind to them, they are more likely to listen. Be ready to submit your picture proof as well if it was a game offer. Picture proof on surveys are usually not required. I personally wouldn’t bother wasting time for surveys less than $1, as for the time wasted claiming it, you could just be doing another survey. One of the most common reason you don’t get paid on surveys is quality control questions that automatically trigger a no payment.
  5. Wait for a response with patience! They likely have thousands of tickets to deal with, so a response may take several days or even a week.
  6. Don’t be discouraged! Keep trying to earn more from other offers while you wait. Remember you can never get credit from all offers, but if you are an honest person, you should get credit for most.

Note: If you have personally invested money for a particular offer and used a Credit Card, please open a support ticket with us, and we can investigate. However, there may be nothing we can do in some cases beyond this. Also, it may be helpful to provide the offerwall your IP address that you did the offer on as well and site user ID, which we can provide you if needed.

Here are some ways to get in touch with the offerwalls on our site. Thank you cointiply.com for the helpful information:

AdscendMedia & Hideout.TV includes a support button on the top right of its home page. Click that link to see a list of your Adscend offers, with a contact link next to each one. There is also a contact form available on Adscend’s site.
For HideoutTV related questions, you can use their support ticket system here

AyeTstudios has a customer support form at this link https://www.ayetstudios.com/contact-us.  Please wait at least 24 hours after the offer has been completed to contact support.

CPX-Research please open up the CPX side popup view to do surveys on the Offerwall home page by clicking the “Earn now…” link (see image below). Then click the three lines and open up the Statistics summary page. Find your survey that did not credit and click “Help?”. Scroll down and fill in the support ticket. See help image below.

Lootably to be honest their support does not usually side with the user. However, you can still contact them providing picture proof and voice a complaint at [email protected].

Torox (formerly Offertoro) has a way to report specific offers under “My Activity” on the middle of their offerwall.  That link includes a history of all your Torox offers, including the status of that offer. For offers that haven’t been completed, use the contact link for that offer to start a ticket. In addition, there are detailed instructions and a ticket submission tool at https://torox.io/faq-missing-your-reward/

TheoremReach offers support through the “?” in the purple circle in the lower left corner of their offerwall. Surveys over 30 days are not eligible for help. They also have an email address for users at [email protected], and a contact form on their site. Try the Support form in the offerwall first, as it is recommended.

If you have any issues with YourSurveys, such as being blocked or banned by YourSurveys, please contact YourSurveys directly using this Support link at the top of the YourSurveys offerwall. You can open a ticket with YourSurveys regarding your issue. You may also find help emailing their support directly at [email protected]. If one survey didn’t credit, you most likely are better off to move on and try again rather than spend time investigating it. However, if you have repeat problems, try to take screenshots at the start of a survey and copy and paste the survey entry link for any survey wall that.
